SherTrackDelete your SherTrack account
Option 1: in the app (fastest)
- Open SherTrack.
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
- Confirm. You are signed out and deletion starts right away.
Option 2: by email
If you no longer have the app, email privacy@shertrack.app from any address with the subject "Delete my account" and the phone number linked to your account. We will verify the request (for example with a code sent to that number) and confirm when it's done.
What gets deleted
- Your profile: phone number, name and photo
- Your location history and Places
- Your Circle memberships (other members will no longer see you)
- Push tokens and device information linked to your account
What we may keep and for how long
- Deletion is completed within 30 days of your request, including backups.
- We may keep limited records where the law requires (for example, transaction records needed for tax or fraud prevention), for no longer than required.
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through Apple or Google. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings first. How to cancel
